The remaining chefs are Eddie, Ioan, Pookie, Radha and Sarah, after they sailed through last week's nail-biting semi-finals.
The show's final week will begin tonight (Tuesday 3rd May), which will see the contestants creating a dish inspired by a public figure, piece of art, film, song, TV series or book.
Judges Gregg Wallace and John Torode will of course be on hand to critique their dishes, as the finals air over the next three days before the winner is crowned on Thursday (5th May).
During this time, the contestants will be heading to Ballymaloe House and Cookery School in County Cork, where they will learn the food philosophy of the late chef Myrtle Allen.
They will then be tasked with cooking a special dinner for some of Ireland's finest food producers, historians and relatives of Myrtle.
As if that wasn't testing enough, it's also been revealed that Gordon Ramsay will be involved in finals week this year - so no pressure!
